Quality Pest Control (“we”, “us”) is a pest control and fumigation service based in North Nazimabad, Karachi, Pakistan. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect when you contact us and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Quote / contact form: your name, email, phone number, approximate property size, the service you need and any message you write. We also record the date and your IP address to help stop spam.
- Phone calls and WhatsApp: your number and whatever you choose to tell us or send us (for example photos of the pest problem or your address for the visit).
- Website: we do not use advertising cookies or sell any data. A small session cookie is used only to protect the contact form against misuse. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange an inspection or treatment.
- To send treatment instructions, follow-up visits or warranty reminders for work we have done for you.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. We only share what is needed with our own technicians who visit your property.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to serve you and for our normal business records (for example service and warranty history). You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms and privacy policy. We use it only to talk to you about your service.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just contact us:
